## Help that stays connected to its source.

Built to follow product changes, preserve your edits and hold back unsupported instructions.

Shipping a feature is enough work. Rewriting the same help article shouldn’t be another release ritual. Helpfable connects the product you’re building to the instructions your customers need.

**Start with the source**

Supported product tasks become clear, practical guides, grounded in the repository you authorise.

**Keep your say**

Ask for edits through chat. Your wording, exclusions and publication choices belong to you.

**Make uncertainty visible**

When the evidence doesn’t support an instruction, hold it for attention rather than fill the gap.

## From your repository to their next step.

One connected source. A help centre that speaks your customers’ language.

### Connect your product

Sign in with GitHub, choose a repository and grant read-only access. Writing style and branding can come after setup.

### Shape the useful parts

Read the guides, ask for a change or inspect the evidence behind a step. Routine work should run without your supervision.

### Give your customers clear help

Publish under your product’s name and appearance. Keep private source context in the workspace, and customer instructions in the help centre.

## A few useful answers.

### Does signing in give access to my repositories?

No. GitHub sign-in establishes your account. Connecting a repository is a separate, read-only grant, and you choose what Helpfable can access.

### Will customers see my source code?

Public help is for published instructions. Source evidence, drafts and your editing conversations stay in the private workspace.

### Can I edit the guides?

Yes—that’s part of the intended workflow. Ask for changes through chat, keep control of what gets published, and exclude tasks you don’t want documented.

### Is Helpfable ready to use?

Helpfable is in development. The examples on this page illustrate the intended experience. Live guide generation, publication and automatic maintenance are still being verified.
